The Board of Appeals is made up of three members and two alternate members. The Board hears requests for Appeals; Variances; and Special Permits (Zoning Bylaws, Section 2.3/ M.G.L. Ch. 40A). The Board also hears and makes decisions on requests for Comprehensive Permits (M.G.L. Ch. 40B). Decisions of the Board for each request must be filed with the Town Clerk within the prescribed time.
The Board consists of five members who are appointed by the Select Board for three year terms.
Meetings are held once a month typically on Monday evenings at 7:30 p.m. Check calendar for posted meetings.
